Return Policy

At PaceBound, we aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward.

This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Return requests must be submitted within this period. Items sent back without prior approval or outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Once approved, return instructions must be followed. Items must then be sent back promptly.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and accessories attached

Original packaging is preferred; however, items may be returned in alternative suitable packaging.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and protected during transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Hygiene-sensitive or sealed products

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Limited edition or exclusive drop items (where stated at purchase)

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale unless otherwise stated)

How to Make a Return

All returns must be initiated via the “Make a Return” page.

Return requests must be submitted online before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected within 3–7 business days.

After inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, you may choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • A gift card for the full value

Gift card refunds are prioritised and typically processed faster.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider after approval.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items only and are subject to stock availability.

Items must fully comply with our return conditions to qualify.

Exchanges are not guaranteed and stock is not reserved during processing. Availability may change at the time your return is received.

Limited edition items are not eligible for exchange.

If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund or gift card will be issued instead.

Multiple Orders

Items from the same order may be returned together.

Orders placed separately must be returned individually to ensure accurate processing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We will prioritise your case and resolve it in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Return Responsibility

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by PaceBound.

PaceBound is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
