Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Processing times may extend during drops, restocks, or peak demand periods

  • No processing occurs on weekends or public holidays

  • During high-demand releases, processing times may be significantly extended

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Order confirmation is sent immediately after purchase (this does not mean your order has been dispatched)

  • Dispatch confirmation is sent once your order has left our facility

  • Tracking details are provided only after dispatch

Delivery Timeframes

  • UK: 1–2 weeks from order date

  • International: 1–3 weeks depending on destination

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or peak demand periods.

Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched

  • Tracking updates may vary depending on the courier used

  • Some tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide

Address Changes

  • Address changes can only be made shortly after placing your order

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to modify shipping details

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all address information is correct at checkout

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, couriers may attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel for collection

  • Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable parcels may be returned to us

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship returned parcels

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us

  • Investigations will be opened with the courier

  • Resolution timeframes are subject to carrier processes and are outside of our control

Split Shipments

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock availability

  • You will be notified if your order is split

Risk & Liability (Legal Protection)

  • Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer

  • PaceBound is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee

Refunds on Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is faulty or sent in error
