  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch

  • Once handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery providers

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct and complete shipping details

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be tried on only (not worn), and returned in original condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all tags and packaging

  • Returns must be approved via the “Make a Return” process before being sent back

  • Items sent without approval may be refused

  • Refunds may be issued to:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Gift card of equal value (gift card refunds may be prioritised)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Items must fully comply with return conditions to be eligible

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed and stock is not reserved

  • Limited edition items are not eligible for exchange

  • If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund or gift card will be issued

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Faulty or incorrect items must be reported immediately

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
